MORARJEE MILLS, SHIVARAMS TO JOINTLY RETAIL SOMOVAA BRAND

Article Abstract:

Morarjee-Goculdas Spg & Wvg Co Ltd (Morarjee Mills) and Shivarams Associates of Coimbatore have signed a marketing pact. Under the pact, Morarjee Mills will be introducing a range of fabrics under the Somovaa brand. The new range will consist of shirting, suiting, dress materials, sarees and furnishings. The Somavaa range will be launched by the end of 1998. Initially, the Somovaa brand will be launched in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Pondicherry. Morarjee Mills plans to introduce garments and accessories under the brand in one year. (ag)
