Article Abstract:

The Moroccan National Electricity Office (ONE) has issued an invitation to tender for the construction of the first section of a combined cycle gas-fired power station at Tahadar. The closing date for tenders is 6 October 1998 at 11.00 am. The candidate selected for the project will work in association with ONE, Electricit de France (EDF), and Endesa. The Ministry of the Economy for the Principality of Andorra has issued an invitation to tender for the construction, financing, maintenance, and operation of a monorail passenger transport system, using cables and trains on viaduct.
