Aggressive recruitment in corporate finance

Article Abstract:

UK merchant banks are increasingly looking for corporate finance employees who take an aggressive approach and can offer the necessary skills for developing merger and acquisition opportunities in relatively narrow areas of expertise. Many now operate small corporate finance teams which have a high level of specialised industry or country knowledge, and this can present recruitment difficulties. They are increasingly turning to recruitment consultants to resolve these problems.
