Miller is dismissed by Ahold

The head of Ahold N.V.'s U.S. Foodservice subsidiary, James Miller, has been fired by the Dutch firm. Miller headed the subsidiary during an accounting scandal that forced Ahold to restate its earnings.

Ahold ousts more officers of U.S. unit
