United Technologies negotiates to acquire U.K.-based Chubb

Article Abstract:

United Technologies Corp. is engaged in talks to acquire Chubb PLC. The Sunday Times of London said that a bid of 1 billion pounds (1.44 billion euros) has been made, although talks are reportedly still at a preliminary stage.

United Technologies picks 2 for Chubb posts
