Valerie Owen is keen to pass on her vast repertoire of knowledge that she has accumulated pver the years as a practicing architect. She believes that there is a need for more collective leadership and ownership of issues like remunerations, working conditions and high risk where in problems should be tackled for the benefit of the profession as a whole and not just on gender.
