Asians have developed a taste for the soy-sauce burger

Article Abstract:

Mos Food Services Inc., a major hamburger chain in Japan, continues to thrive in bringing out the soy-sauce hamburger innovation from Japan. The company, which operates 28 stores in Taiwan, is planning to establish 10 additional stores in that country before the end of 1998 and end up with a total of 100 Taiwan branches, to accomodate its rapid growth. Mos also has branches in Singapore and China and is exploring the possibilities of conquering neighbor nations such as the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia.
