The two wheeler manufacturer, Bajaj Auto Ltd (BAL) posted 30 percent decline in net profit to Rs86.16 crore in the third quarter of 1998-99. The decline in profits is attributed to fall in sale of its two and three wheelers. Its sales dropped by 30,000 units. (gs)(vr)
