The difficult job that lifeguards face requires careful pre-employment screening consisting skills testing and oral interviews. The skills tests should include submerging to the bottom of a pool that may be as deep as 18 feet. Some of the personal qualities to look for are motivation, honesty, maturity and good communication skills.

Trell had an obsessive interest in the Greek temple of Artemis at Ephesus and helped to answer scholars' questions about its original appearance. She pointed out that ancient coins bore the image of the temple in its original state. Archaeologists base reconstruction of some ancient Greek buildings on coins.

Dr. peel good: how to zest a lemon and other pithy remarks
Article Abstract:
Reflections on zesting a lemon are presented. Recipes using lemon zest are outlined and include rack of lamb with gremolata, lemon-poppy poundcake, lemon-zest glaze, pan-seared red snapper with lemon-zest butter sauce and chopped salad with lemon-zest vinaigrette.
