British Airways traffic declines

British Airways posted a drop of 27% in passenger traffic to Asian destinations for the April 2003 period. Traffic was hurt by the outbreak of the SARS disease in Asia.

Traffic fell 1% during August but load factor rose to 85%

KLM posted a 1% decline in passenger traffic for the August 2003 period. However, the airline did post a 85% increase in its load factor.
