Deutsche Telekom to sell stake in cable-TV unit

Deutsche Telekom AG will sell off its majority share in its North Rhine-Westpahalia cable television system to Callahan Associates. Deutsche is selling the system for approximately $3 billion (3.04 billion euros).

Deutsche Telekom moves closer to Callahan deal

Deutsche Telekom AG is close to selling its cable television network in the Baden-Wurttemberg region to Callahan Associates International LLC. The deal could be worth approximately $1.5 billion (1.55 billion euros).
