Hong Kong shifts on realty: office-property stocks will gain, some pros say

Article Abstract:

Analysts are advising investors to shift from Hong Kong property-development stocks to property-investment stocks. They favor the latter because they are still trading at attractive discounts to their net asset values. In addition, analysts expect commercial property prices to continue to increase due to growing demand from companies in mainland China. Their top property picks include Great Eagle and Hong Kong Land.
