The continued high level of activity within the construction market indicates that the industry has not been deflected by the slowdown in house prices, and tender prices continue to outstrip retail prices. The outlook for the civil engineering sector looks bright, and tender prices for infrastructure are expected to rise by 4 percent over the next one year. .
