Dairy products in Spain

Article Abstract:

A survey looks at the dairy products market in Spain, focusing on liquid milk, cheese, cream and butter. The current Spanish milk quota is not sufficient for the country's needs and the country is a net importer of milk and dairy products. The survey looks at the country's imports of dairy products in some detail, and looks at market size and trends, as well as patterns of consumption. It lists the leading dairy products manufacturers and considers some brands in detail.
