Article Abstract:

French trawler operator Jean-Marc Le Gerrec is alleging that the European Union is not enforcing its deepwater regulations on the UK and Irish vessels. As a consequence, these two countries are transgressing their fishing quotas to the detriment of the interests of the French fishing industry. Le Gerrec's Le Gerrec is a major company based in Boulogne.
