Deutsche Boerse plans to spruce up Euronext bid

Deutsche Borse AG of Germany is to consider ways to sweeten its offer for rival Euronext N.V. of the Netherlands. The decline in share price of NYSE Group Inc. of the United States has made Deutsche Borse AG existing share and cash offer "even more competitive."
