Article Abstract:
The Deutsche Borse AG of Germany and other European stock exchanges who use similar business models have come under the scrutiny of European regulators. Concerns suggest that management practice could be restricting competition. European stock exchanges could be in for big changes as well as the pressure of consolidation in the industry.
