Germany's national telecommunications carrier Deutsche Telekom AG announce restructuring plans to improve customer services and sales. Deutsche Telekom plans to cut 2,000 management jobs, but reassign those workers to other divisions of the company.

Deutsche Telekom chief strikes back at critics

Deutsche Telekom AG's Ron Sommer, the company's chief executive, has denied speculation that he will leave the company. As the company's stock price fell, Sommers dismissed rumors of his departure as "absolutely nonsense."

Deutsche Telekom, BT to share costs of 3G Networks
