Computer Sciences Corp. is expected to be granted a $130 million information-technology contract by ICO Global Communications Holdings Ltd., a satellite-based wireless concern in London. The 260-employee ICO is currently setting up a $4.5 billion satellite system that can provide mobile-phone services anywhere in the world. The company intends to launch the service commercially in August 2000.
