Dialog shares plunge 46% amid disappointing profit

Dialog Corp. shares fell 46% on news the company would miss third quarter earnings targets. Dialog's third quarter profits were $4.3 million around half the forecasted earnings. Difficulties with Dialog's price structure and the company's core strategy were attributed for the sales drop off.
