Gorse Covert Primary School in Warrington that was opened in 1984 and extended in 1993 has grown gradually but its hall which is used for assembly, physics education, dining and performance was getting cramped up due to the increasing students. Architects 'Studio BAAD' removed existing storage spaces to add extra space to the hall. Cost summary, credits and web links are provided.

The suggestions to increase comfort and efficiency in offices are presented in addition to a case study of YRM's move to premises in King's Cross. The design of the office space is altered for flexibility and heating methods are changed to reduce the electricity bills.
