European investors shy from buying U.S. stocks

European investors are not strong on buying United States securities and only 11 percent of the United States stock market is owned by European and other international investors. With high costs against expected earnings ratio and a forecasted rise in bond yields, little growth in investment by European investors is expected.

Stock markets of the West are forecasted as on the brink of a downslide, though shares were rallying yesterday on the New York Stock Exchange. Threats to securities include soaring oil prices, increasing short-term interest rates by Central Banks and investor complacency.
