Evaluating one's own skills

Article Abstract:

As part of the Royal Institute of British Architects' requirement for members to carry out 35 hours a year of continuing professional development (CPD), it has issued personal development plans to its members. The plans are intended for members to assess their development needs and to record the CPD work done to fulfil those needs. As well as recording information, architects should give the CPD work a time value and evaluate its effectiveness.
