Isigny Sainte-Mere has launched a cream with mushrooms for cooking. It comes in three versions: cream with truffles, cream with morels and cream with boletus mushrooms. These recipes, which use AOC Isigny Sainte-Mere cream were developed for the festive season. The recommended sales price is FFr 59 for a 25 centilitre container.
