FRANCE: NOMINATION AT SYSTEME U WEST

Article Abstract:

Yves Petitpas has been made Chairman of administration of the western region for Systeme U, replacing Jean Claude Jaunait, who remains Chairman of national operations. Mr Petitpas will have the task of, among others, setting up Expan U, a development fund destined to help finance business start ups, expansions, and transfers. Two finance sources are planned as part of the creation of Expan U, including that contributed by members (representing 0.2% of turnover), and the support of financial partners (resorting to capital risk companies has been excluded). Another important task for Mr Petitpas is to develop the alliance between Systeme U and Leclerc.
