Telecoms equipment producers Nokia and Motorola are both in dispute with Turkish mobile phone operator Telsim, which owes them USDlr2.7 bil in debt repayments. Telsim is controlled by the Uzan family, whose empire is thought to be worth USDlr1.6 bil.
