Downsizing has caused many companies to lose valuable knowledge in product design, management style and customer service through the firing of talented employees. Companies must make an effort to retain this knowledge after the employee leaves through management software or other records.

Article Abstract:

The eruptions of a volcano under a glacier in south-eastern Iceland called Vatnajokull will cause 3 billion tons of water to gush out in this unpopulated region. Some believe this water will change weather patterns when it reaches the Atlantic ocean.
