Kaashyap Radiant Systems of Chennai has signed an agreement with Component Management Group (CMG) of USA for setting up a component development centre. The centre will train professionals in CORBA (common object request broker architecture). VIJAI ELEC TO OFFER LONG-TERM SERVICING OF TRANSFORMERS

Vijai Electricals Ltd (VEL) plans to provide long-term repair and servicing of transformers supplied to the state electricity boards (SEBs) even after the lapse of guarantee period of 60 months. It is yet to receive clearance from ATRANSCO. VEL's aims to ensure that original parts are used during repair. It produces amorphous metal transformers at its facility at Rudraram near Hyderabad.
