Gazprom to boost free float

Gazprom plans Eurobond issue of $500 million

Gazprom is planning to launch an approximately $500 million (533 million euros) Eurobond issue in the current quarter. The issue will represent the first Russian firm to return to global capital markets since the 1998 financial crisis in Russia.
