Article Abstract:

The role of adjudication in construction industry was meant for quick, cheap and satisfactory resolution of disputes on site as and when it arose, but according to the industry it has turned out to be expensive, strung out and very disappointing. Its implementation in construction industry gives rise to a veritable minefield of fast-developing jurisprudence, through which the unhappy recipient of the wrong decision has to pick their way.
