Grant Thornton L.L.P. of the United States is ranked number five in the country yet the accounting firm has difficulty attracting Fortune 500 companies as clients. Grant Thornton L.L.P. posted a revenue increase of approximately 30 percent to $635 million and increased its client base by more than 1,000 customers last year.
