Greens 'removed from reality' - over feed ban on fishmeal

Article Abstract:

European Union has banned the use of fish protein in animal feed. Primary reason for this ban was to prevent the spread of bovine spongiform encephalopathy . However, of recent, the greens have taken over the baton seeking continuation of the ban on the grounds that it is "unethical" to feed animals with fish. The adverse implications of the ban on fishmeal industry are discussed.
