THERMO ELECTRON TAKES OVER PJ MARGO'S PARTNER

Article Abstract:

The Thermo Electron Group has acquired Grace Biopest, a division of the WR Grace Inc of USA. Grace Biopest was the joint venture partner of PJ Margo Pvt Ltd (PJM), a producer of bio-degradable insecticides and pesticides. Thermo Trilogy Corporation, a company of the Thermo Electron Group, will now become the joint venture partner of PJM as Thermo Electron has transferred 50 percent equity of the joint venture to it.
