How to make the move

Article Abstract:

The Advisory Services Network (ASN), which is based in Zurich, Switzerland, was formed in 1990 to assist companies and individuals in ensuring the success of an international transfer. Although an employee may be professionally prepared to take on a job overseas, there are cultural and psychological factors involved in overseas relocations that must be considered. ASN, along with the Expatriate Resource Assn and the Culture Communication Services, has designed programs that will help not only the employees but also their families adjust to a life abroad.
