HSBC LAUNCHES NEW VERSION HEXAGON SOFTWARE

Hongkong and Shangai Banking Corporation (HSBC) has introduced a new version of its Hexagon software packaging. It is a personal computer (PC) based electronic banking system for coporate customers. The product is marketed as a desktop bank and it offers services in cash management, trade services, securities dealing and on-line information. With the installation of a Hexagon, a customer's banking needs can be carried out anywhere in the world with the help of a telephone. TRAC FUJICO OFFERS HCFC-FREE ACs

Article Abstract:

Trac Fujico Air Systems has introduced air conditioners in Bangalore that are free of hydro-chloro-fluoro-compounds (HCFC). The new technology is claimed to reduce the running cost of air- conditioning systems by 15 percent while minimising the threat of ozone layer depletion. The company has decided to concentrate on exports as the market for HCFC-free airconditioners in India is very small. (khr)
