Improving the efficiency of the purchasing process using total cost of ownership information: the case of heating electrodes at Cockerill Sambre S.A

Article Abstract:

Belgian steelmaker Cockerill Sambre SA's supplier selection problem for heating electrodes is used to develop a model based on total cost of ownership information.
