In London, fees by brokers irk insurance groups

Article Abstract:

The London insurance sector is seeking to use new fees on insurers. Some British insurers feel the new fees are similar to special commissions banned by Eliot Spitzer and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission last year. However, United Kingdom regulators do not have a problem with the new fees.
