Deplorable

Article Abstract:

The author of this editorial argues that Prime Minister Hun Sen bears much of the responsibility for riots in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The rioting was in response to the alleged statement by a Thai actress that the temples of Angkor Wat should belong to Thailand. Mr. Hun Sen's statements did not calm but actually whipped up the crowds.
