In the house of anthrax

Article Abstract:

It is now thought that the anthrax attacks on the US since Sep 11, 2001, may have been carried out by an American acting alone, and not by the al-Qaeda terrorist network. However, evidence has been found in Kabul, Afghanistan, which suggests that terrorists have been planning anthrax attacks.
