Interbrew chief realigns officers

John Brock, the chief executive of Interbrew S.A., has carried out a shuffling of the company's management level. Luc Missorten, Interbrew's chief financial officer has resigned. Chief operating officer Jerry Fowden has had his post eliminated, although he will remain with the company.

InBev is facing Belgian Review on disclosures

InBev S.A. is facing a review of its accounting by the Belgium stock market regulator over problems with the brewers report of finances and its financial forecasts for this year. The irregularities are costs associated with the merger of Interbrew and AmBev of Brazil.
