More brass than muck

Article Abstract:

Revitalising the main river running through the centre of Leeds City in Yorkshire has helped the area attract a younger, more affluent population, willing to spend money on leisure and business in the city. The diverse range of industries generating the new found wealth in Leeds has led to many well known London-based firms opening branches in the formerly run down area of Yorkshire. More commuters have contributed to growing congestion problems in the town.
