Ireland looks to U.S. in search of skilled workers
Article Abstract:
Faced with a shortage of skilled labor, Ireland is recruiting workers from other countries, including the United States. Ireland, which has too many unskilled workers, has had difficulty attracting skilled workers, although that is changing. Approximately 5,000 U.S. citizens are expected to apply for Irish work permits this year.
