Is dollar bearishness really bullish? Broad view makes veterans nervous

Article Abstract:

Having lost roughly 19% of its value against many currencies and almost double that against the euro in the past three years, the U.S. dollar is seen by most as still headed for further losses. Though the U.S. currency recently rallied, gaining 0.7% against the euro and 1.2% against the yen, analysts were quick to predict that the gains would be temporary. Economic conditions and policies affecting the dollar's value are discussed.
