Italy in Asia

Article Abstract:

Italian businesses are expanding their operations in Asia as businessmen start to realize the potentials of the Asian market. The flexibility of the Italian business structure and the nation's dissociation from colonial expansionist moves enable the Italians to conduct business with Asians and enhance cultural relations at the same time. The trade commissions which are largely responsible for the increased traffic in consumer goods between Italy and the Asian nations, have particularly benefitted the Italian fashion and automobile trade with Japan, Hong Kong, India and China.
