KIRAN NADKARNI TO STEP DOWN AS MD OF DRAPER INTL (INDIA)

Mr Kiran Nadkarni plans to resign as managing director of Draper International (India) Pvt Ltd (DIIPL). He plans to close down the Bangalore office of DIIPL. The company will be relocated at Mumbai. DIIPL functions as an advisor to Draper International of the US. Draper International has a $55 million India fund and invests in companies in India and US companies doing business in India. It has invested $17 million in 17 companies, of which five are in India. These companies include Yantra, SaveSmart, Selectica, SRR Solutions and United Teleshopping and Marketing. (nr)
