Lamb of God

Article Abstract:

Samuel Lamb's house church in Guangzhou, China is one of thousands of illegal, unregistered churches in China. The Chinese government is concerned about the potential of religion to undermine adherence to state policy, but it appears to tacitly accept these churches. Lamb's congregation claims 1,000 members and is one of the largest house churches in the city. Lamb states that he is not anti-government but acknowledges that he and his followers obey God before obeying the Chinese government.
