Oesterreichische Postparkasse AG, or PSK is offering a new 10-year floating-rate note through Chase Manhattan Bank. The Standard Bank of South Africa is also introducing a 10-year note Tier 2 callable offering worth 1.2 billion rand (185.2 million euros) through J.P. Morgan and Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank.
