The software development company, Visualsoft (India) Ltd plans to get its shares listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The listing is expected to occur within a month. The company plans to offer about 5 lakh shares through preferential allotment or other means. It plans to launch Euro products and is currently involved in developing software for E-commerce and Internet. TCS MAY EARN 30% REVENUE FROM PRODUCTS

Article Abstract:

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a division of Tata Sons, has projected that it will get 30 percent of its revenues from product-based software in the next three years from about 7-8 percent at present. The company plans to soon launch a range of international products, basically for the financial sector. About 40-45 percent of its international clients are from the US, 40 percent from Europe while the rest are from Japan, Singapore and Australia. (khr)
