Mainframe Link-Up for Lisa

Article Abstract:

Apple Lisa users can hook up to mainframes via the Cullinet Information Database facility. An accessible data base is created from both company mainframes and outside data banks and from this Lisa users draw the information they need. The Cullinet facility also allows them to link their Lisas together in a network. Software for this system runs on the company's mainframe. A chart displays how the system links the different elements.
