Prices crackdown

Article Abstract:

A stiff price enforcement campaign has been implemented by Malaysia as unruly prices continue to vex economic planners. This involves the imposition of fines and punishments on traders who raise rather than roll back their prices. This situation is crucial to the preservation of the country's economic resilience in the face of possible adverse changes on the trade front due to the hit record levels of its international reserves.
